The Sherwood Park Skating Club is your destination for exceptional training in figure skating for all skaters!

We offer high caliber figure skating programs, led by nationally-certified Skate Canada coaches in a fun and engaging learning environment. From beginner figure skaters just learning the fundamentals all the way up to senior, competitive skaters, we are your destination for best-in-class figure skating instruction.

Our programs begin with the Junior Academy where skaters will learn the fundamentals, progressing to Junior where skaters will commence the Skate Canada’s STAR Skate curriculum, through to Intermediate where skaters will compete across the province, finally advancing to Senior where our athletes are among the best in the country, competing at Skate Canada qualifying events.

As the only skating club in Strathcona County offering both approved Skate Canada curriculum and the opportunity to pursue competitive figure skating, we would love to have you join us!  Come skate with our NCCP coaches, Junior Development Team members, Team Alberta Select Team members, and Skate Canada’s Next Gen team members!
